UniQ Prep’s mentorship program pairs you with a college student mentor who has been through the admissions process and can guide you every step of the way. Get personalized, one-on-one support from someone who truly understands what you’re going through.

Our mentors are current college students and recent graduates from accredited universities who are passionate about helping the next generation succeed. They’ve navigated the same challenges you’re facing — and they’re ready to share their experience with you.

Who Can Be a Mentee?

Our mentorship program is designed for high school students, primarily juniors and seniors, who are planning to apply to college. Whether you’re just starting to think about your college list or you’re deep into the application process, a UniQ Prep mentor can help.

How the Matching Works

When you register, you’ll fill out a profile that tells us about your interests, academic goals, and target schools. Our team at UniQ Prep carefully reviews each profile and matches you with a mentor who has relevant experience and can best support your specific needs. We consider factors like intended major, target school type, extracurricular interests, and personality to ensure a great fit.

Program Timeline

We offer ongoing enrollment throughout the year, so you can join the program whenever you’re ready. Once you submit your registration, matches are typically made within two weeks. You’ll then be introduced to your mentor and can begin meeting right away — virtually or in-person at our Edison, NJ location.
